For any brand, identity and branding come first.
That's why brands manage every customer touchpoint, down to a single logo or color.
But sometimes delivering a better brand experience means bringing in an outside solution.
And if the first thing customers see on the screen is another company's logo,
it's hard to call the brand experience you've worked so hard to build truly your own.
Bodydot can change that.
If you'd like, we can provide API integration and custom UI design as an add-on service.
Your members see your logo and your colors, and their measurement results flow straight into the systems you already run.
Your brand on the screen, Bodydot under the hood.

How do you make your brand experience stand out while using an outside solution?
Choose a solution that lets you adapt the screens and data to your brand.
Using an outside solution isn't the problem in itself. Your brand fades from view when you can't change the screens or the data.
But if you can redesign the screens in your own style and bring the data into your own app, it's a different story.
What your members remember isn't the company that built the technology. It's the brand that gave them the experience.

ㅤ | Non-customizable solution | Bodydot with open API & custom UI |
Measurement screen | Manufacturer’s logo and default design | Your logo and brand colors |
Results report | Fixed manufacturer template | Your own branded report |
Member data | Stays locked in the device | Flows into your member app and CRM |
Exercise recommendations | Generic routines | Built around your programs and equipment |
What members remember | The equipment brand | Your brand |
What should you ask of a solution to protect your branding?
To protect your branding, check two things first: whether you can change the screen design, and whether you can pull the data through an API.
Screens build brand recognition, and data connects your brand with your customers.

What to check | Question to ask | What happens if not |
Custom UI | Can we put our logo and colors on the standby and results screens? | Another company’s brand shows up at every member touchpoint |
Branded report | Can we design the results report in our own format? | The materials members keep don’t carry your name |
API access | Can we pull measurement results by member ID? | Data stays trapped in the device and can’t be used in your app or CRM |
Program integration | Can recommendations be based on our own exercise programs? | What’s discussed in consultations doesn’t match the actual classes |
Security | Are access permissions and communication protocols clearly defined? | It’s hard to get internal approval for the integration at all |
How does Bodydot let clients use it under their own brand?
Bodydot keeps its measurement engine as is, while letting clients adapt the member-facing screens and data flow to their own brand.
The reason Bodydot doesn't say "Use only our screens and our reports" is simple.
It's our clients who build relationships with their members, and helping those relationships grow is ultimately good for Bodydot too.
Customization comes in four levels, and you can pick and combine only the ones you need.
Level | What changes | Best for |
1. Logo placement | Your logo and a “with Bodydot” tagline on the kiosk standby screen, plus language settings per location | Businesses that want to establish brand touchpoints quickly |
2. Custom UI design | Brand colors applied, with dedicated pages and branded reports available as extensions (additional scope quoted separately) | Businesses that want the entire member experience to match their brand tone |
3. API integration | Member ID mapping, access to latest and past measurement results, and hundreds of body metrics to work with | Companies and franchises that run their own app or CRM |
We recommend starting with Level 1 at a pilot location, then adding Levels 2 and 3 once operations are running smoothly.
What can you do with the Bodydot API?
The Bodydot API links your member IDs to their measurement results, so you can use body data right inside your own services.
Use case | Examples |
Member app | Members check their results right in your app and get exercise recommendations tailored to their body |
CRM | Drive return visits under your own name, such as reminders when it’s time to re-measure |
HQ & admin | Compare measurement activity across locations and sites |
Is anyone actually using Bodydot under their own brand?

How did SIDIZ use Bodydot?

Client | Type | Approach |

FAQ
Q. If we use Bodydot, will the Bodydot brand be prominent on member screens?
No. Your logo appears on the standby screen, and Bodydot is shown only with a “with Bodydot” tagline. Brand colors and dedicated reports can also be tailored to your brand.
Q. Does Bodydot offer a body analysis API?
Yes. Bodydot provides an API that supports member ID mapping and measurement result lookup. You can use the latest and past measurement results, along with hundreds of body metrics, in your own app or CRM. SIDIZ uses this customer data to provide its members with results reports designed exclusively for SIDIZ.
Q. How far can the custom UI design go?
You can apply your brand colors and extend to dedicated pages and branded reports. Customization beyond that is quoted separately after we review your requirements.
Q. Can companies other than fitness centers customize Bodydot?
Yes. Corporate brands and in-house fitness centers can also customize Bodydot under their own brand. SIDIZ and FITSTOP, Samsung Life Insurance’s in-house fitness center, are leading examples.
Q. Do we have to customize everything from the start?
No. You can start with logo placement and add only the levels you need, moving on to custom UI and then API integration.
If you have multiple locations, you can also run a pilot first and roll out to other locations once you see results.
Don't just buy a product. Make Bodydot a service of your own brand. We'll work with you to design the right starting point based on the branding scope you want and your integration environment.
